Whilst QuickPar is available as freeware, it has taken a lot of time and effort to write.

Hopefully, most (if not everyone) who has downloaded and used QuickPar has saved themselves both time (and possibly money) through not having to wait for reposts on UseNet or use pay newservers to download missing articles.
